Tennis Global offers junior tennis coaching in Northcote, Auckland. We have tennis groups for children and teens suitable for all ages and abilities - from beginner to Interclub and all the way to Tournament level.
Holiday Tennis Camp & Performance Clinics are run in school holidays.

These programmes are fun, social groups designed to introduce young players to the game. Players will be grouped by age. Fundamental tennis skills are taught and hand-eye coordination developed.

Young players who are keen to progress in a more structured programme with smaller group sizes are able to move into the TG Performance groups as detailed below.

Blue 3-5 yrs / Red 5-8 yrs / Orange 8-11 years / Teen 12 - 17yrs
TG Red Performance Programme
Age: 5-8 yrs old
The Red ball is larger than a yellow ball and doesn’t bounce as high (just 25% compression), making it a breeze for even the youngest players to hit comfortably. The courts and nets used in the Red stage are much smaller, making it easier for kids to move around and enjoy success. Red-level players may be beginners, improvers or even advanced players. TG Orange Performance Programme
Age: 8-11 yrs old
After mastering the Red stage, children move on to the Orange stage where the ball bounces a little higher (50% compression) and the court is a bit bigger. Orange players play over the regular net on a three-quarter length court. Players receivereport cards

TG Green Performance Programme
Age: 9-12 yrs old
The ball used in the Green stage has a higher compression than the Red and Orange stages (75% of a yellow tennis ball) and children play on a full-size court. Green players may be older children who are new to tennis or players of a good standard who have progressed through the Blue, Red and Orange stages. In this class, players receivereport cards

Teen Intermediate
Age 12-17 years
This class uses a regular yellow ball and is for players who have progressed beyond beginner. Teens who wish to develop their skills before committing to becoming more serious tournament players. We will cover Intermediate techniques that build upon the beginner level class and start laying strong foundations and positive habits so they can develop into more advanced techniques on their journey to becoming a tournament player. TG Tournament Group
This group is for players aspiring to take their tennis to the next level, playing tournaments can be very nerve racking at the best of times... this group is intended so players can compete in tournaments together and is managed by Elliot who oversees their matches and potential warmups prior to Tournaments.
The Tennis Global team works on the technical and tactical fundamentals he has built up from his own experience as a player and coach as well as what it takes to maximise the unique skills every individual possesses to develop their own play style. Sessions include:

- physical conditioning
- Mentorship (College tennis / ITF Tour)
